[attr="class","likedoinfo"]Otliv is an area of land with diverse terrain located in North America. A large uncharted area that has been graced by no touch of mankind. It is considered a safe haven but it is not without it's dangers. There are lakes, forests, wastelands, plains and mountains with shrouded with mystery and the unforgiving touch of Mother Nature. Only the strong and smart may survive. As the seasons change, so does the land. Lakes may freeze over or flood, the plains may shrivel up and die and the forests may grow barren of food. Each season in Otliv lasts for 30 OOC days. So there will be 2 IC years in 1 OOC.

Since the beginning of time, Otliv has been an area where only animals have touched. Humans have never graced the soil. Animals live only in fear of predators and the land itself. Years went by and slowly the ecosystem changed. Wolves and other canines began a migration into the land of Oltiv. Packs formed and vied for control over the land and hunting grounds. At the beginning there were only three: Vasilek, Ivanov and Galkin. The Vasilek and Ivanov pack were warriors, entwined in a constant battle over the land. They set their claim upon the two forests respectively and battled ruthlessly for the valley. Years of fighting went on, many truces were called and subsequently broken. The Galkin pack stayed to themselves, a small faction that struggled on their own enough. A fierce storm season tragically wiped the packs out. Those who managd to survive, starved as prey had fled their lands. Slowly Otliv built itself back together. The ecosystem balanced once more and the land thrives. The land once again remains unclaimed, waiting for an individual or group strong enough to claim the various territories within Otliv. The land has a need for order, whether it be from multiple factions run by various leaders or a uniting under one ruler. Enter Otliv, explore what the land has to offer or create an empire. The choice is yours.
